Family size packs
Mucco Pisano beef is for sale at the Salvadori farm shop at Coltano in Via Viadotto 1/A. The 300 hectare organic farm (ICEA-AIAB certified) is situated in the Migliarino-San Rossore-Massaciuccoli Natural Park. The Italian Limousine and Mucco Pisano cattle born at the farm are fed with our own organic produce and live out in the open. Our veal is processed at the farm’s butchery (HACCP hygiene). For extra freshness, the beef is vacuum-packed in conveniently sized portions ready for use or for storage in a freezer. Family-size packs. Available upon booking only.

The farm is constantly monitored by the Provincial Veterinary Service and by the Pisa Cattle Breeder’s Association. We adopt a labelling system for prompt product traceability.
