- Guests are asked to provide valid proof of identity upon checking in, as required by law. You will be given a card identifying your vehicle and your assigned pitch. The information on the card cannot be changed unless explicitly authorised by the management. Please show the card to our staff when asked.
- Visitors are allowed from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Visitors are requested to check in and provide proof of identity. A daily fee is required for stays lasting longer than two hours.
- To avoid annoyance, please use your vehicle as little as possible on the camping site grounds and drive very slowly. Only one vehicle may be parked at each pitch: please use the parking lots provided for other vehicles.
- Unauthorised and non-registered visitors are not allowed onto the camping site grounds. Do not damage the trees or the plants. Fires are not allowed. Do not build fences, dig trenches, lay lines or canvases. Do not pour boiling, salty or waste water on the ground. Do not climb over the fence surrounding the lake. Please dispose of waste water properly.
- No car or vehicle washing is allowed.
- The camping site gate is open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Please make agreements with reception staff in advance to have the gate opened at other times.
- Each day starts at 12 noon and ends 12 noon of the following day. Please leave your pitch before this time. You will be charged 50% of the total fee for departures after 12 noon and before 11 p.m.
- Please avoid activities, games and use of appliances which may cause annoyance to other guests at all times. Specifically, all noise, including pitching and unpitching tents, is forbidden from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Use of radios or other apparatuses at excessively load volume and any other noise is forbidden during these hours.
- Please hand over any lost objects you find to the management. Look after your possessions and adopt the necessary precautions. The management is not liable for loss, theft or damage caused by natural calamities, riots, etc.
- Children must be accompanied to the toilets, the showers, the swimming pool and the playgrounds. Adult supervision is required at all times. Please must sure they do not cause annoyance to fellow campers. Specifically, please make sure your children keep quiet during the resting hours.
- Please leave you pitch clean when you leave.
- Dogs are welcome. Please keep your dog on the lead and clean up after it. Dog owners will be responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dogs.
